Dr. Ibrahim Elias Fahdi, MD

Extremely unprofessional. I’m surprised this man is still allowed to practice. Laughed at me while I was explaining symptoms and told me he was “trying to comfort” me. Didn’t take me seriously and kept calling me “young girl”. His diagnosis was that he was “99% sure it’s not my heart”, meanwhile we were only there because of a referral from the er saying it was my heart and we had to go back to the er because he walked off when I passed out in his office and my husband was trying to explain my symptoms. Absolutely useless medical professional and honestly just didn’t treat me like a person. They scheduled follow up appointments even though I told them I was going to have the testing at the ER because they were not listening to me. My husband and I both left messages confirming the cancellation of these appointments but never got a person on the other line to call back. They have a cancellation window they conveniently call you back after you’ve “missed your appointment”. I told the… woman who did call me back after the appointment had happened 43 minutes prior, she told me she would “look into it”. I had to get her to verbally confirm that she would call me back once she looked into it to see if I would be charged for the appointment my husband and I both cancelled. She never called me back. This office handles you like a number, not a person. I’ve never had an unprofessional experience like that at a doctors office before, and honestly it felt borderline traumatic. My warning, if you are young or a woman this man will laugh in your face when you are there for a medical issue and discount your pain to “stress”. Go to a medical professional instead who will take your symptoms and concerns seriously. It could be the difference in saving your life.

Now that's an educated doctor.he stays on problems and fixes them. He goes beyond the heart compiles drugs so no interaction occurs. He's a great !

Staff is easy to communicate with and check in. Wait time is not a long wait. Nurses do there job effectively that gets you back to do weight check, do vitals, and etc. And Doctor Fahdi, makes sure the if and when I needed medication, he made sure i received, ekgs,ecgs and more were ordered. Was able to help me keep my bp down to start lossing weight. I appreciate the Doctor and staff that gave me appropriate care.
