This is the kind of healthcare provider we need more fo. She reads my chart before coming into the office. (I was new patient.) Since I am a PA-C we were able to discuss my issues at a more intense level. She listened to my concerns. She presented her plans, we negotiated, and set up a follow up if the plan isn't working. She actually examined me, made eye contact with me, answered my questions. And get this... she actually smiled...
