Dr. Idris Zoyeb Dahod

Our daughter was very sick as a baby and Dr. Dahod was the only Dr. that took the time to review her medical record and put the pieces together. He showed great intuition, was very caring, compassionate and had exceptional bedside manners. We are forever grateful for his care and expertise.

Dr. Dahod truly cares about his patients.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Dahod for six years. I would not trust anyone else to care for her. He is an excellent doctor and a great human being. Dr. Dahod cares about his patients and always follows up with me if my daughter has been sick or hospitalized. My daughter is now 17 and I am fearing the day I have to take her out of his care and put her into the hands of another doctor. I would recommend others to take their children to him if you want the best care for your child.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr D since she was an infant. He has always been very thorough and takes time to expain and listen. Recently, we had a long wait but that is not always the case. We are dealing with esophagitis and GERD and he is clearly knowledgeable and cares about how she is really doing. He knows that we know when she is symptomatic as do the other staff in the office. When you have good care, why go anywhere else?

I cannot say enough about Dr. Dahod... he is knowledgable, caring, and has an excellent bedside manner. We were nervous after a bad experience with a different doctor at a different location, but Dr Dahod made us feel well cared for, listened to, and concerned that we understood everything he was saying. I can't recommend him enough. He is also very quick to return phone calls.

My son was a patient of Dr. Dahod's for 3 years. At first we were happy with him. As the time went by, the same level of care went downhill. I called and left a voicemail on a Monday morning about my son having a problem and he didn't get back to me until Tuesday evening. Wait times in the office were never less that 1 hour. It had been 2 years since X-rays were done on my son and I asked if we should do more and he basically laughed in my face. The level of professionalism was in the toilet. We left his practice last month after waiting again over an hour to be seen.

I've been seeing Dr. Dahod since I was 17, and I'm now 24. He has let me stay on as a patient even though he's a pediatric gastroenterologist, and I've gone out of my way to find primary care physicians who will continue to refer me to him. I know without a doubt that the course of my Ulcerative Colitis would have been much worse without a doctor so on top of everything going on in his field and willing to put time and effort into each patient. Highly recommended.
