During my visits, I experienced communication from the physician that I perceived as unprofessional, including a dismissive and condescending tone. This interaction negatively impacted my ability to effectively communicate my medical concerns and participate in my care. The physician declined to evaluate and/or treat my reported medical conditions and did not provide a referral to a specialist or another qualified provider, despite my several requests. Additionally, I made multiple requests for refills of previously prescribed medications related to my ongoing treatment, which were not addressed or fulfilled.

He is by far the WORST doctor I have had the displeasure of seeing. He made me feel like I had to be my own doctor. He never returned messages or calls. Would mess up on scan orders that caused me a huge inconvenience. He took 2 weeks to write me a 2 sentence work restriction letter that looked like a toddler wrote it. He does not trust you as a patient when advocating for yourself. He denies testing and referrals even when I was told to request those from him. He wants to see patients quick and leave quicker. If you have a health concern you need addressed do NOT see him! You will not get answers. His favorite thing to say is "I am not an expert at this." Which speaks volumes. I have been to the ER several times in just 1 month and he lacks any concern as to what is going on with me medically. I urge anyone who thinks they have a serious health concern to seek a different provider. Don't trust Northwestern's reviews! He is not a 4.8 star doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Bangash for quite some time. He used to spend time to understand my concerns, however in May 2018 I broke my back and was in the hospital for over a month (including 3 weeks of rehab) He never came to see me once. When I was discharged I had a list of meds to be refilled through Dr. Bangash and instructed to see him. When I saw him he rudely asked why I was there. And would not refill the meds. When I told him that I BROKE MY BACK and needed some pain meds he lectured me about opiods and could not have cared less. I'm still recovering from my injury but will not go back to him. So now I'm looking for a new doctor.

Having been using Dr Bangash for many years. He is caring concerned and follow through to make sure you are in providing.

Hard to reach, no return calls.

Sent my father home from the hospital after a heart attack with no care instructions when he should have gone directly to rehab. He advised it is our problem and we should have 24 hour care.
