Dr. Igor Kletsman, MD

He complains openly about how his clinic is failing because of his patients and staff but it’s just his way of trying to manipulate you into writing a fake 5 star review. This guy is mentally I’ll and throws temper tantrums in front of the reception area if you don’t. It’s hilarious but sad.

Doctor Igor is just amazing. No matter how big or small my problems are he is super attentive. I got sick and he called me at home to see how I was feeling. Then when I was not well he called in a favor from another doctor to see me asap. The girls in the office are equally awesome. I could not recommend a better doctor and human being to trust your life and health with! Thanks Doctor Igor!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kletsman's for about 4 years. He is a lovely person and great doctor. Dr. Kletsman is friendly, warm and patient. He asks questions and prescribes tests, medications, etc as needed. His staff is responsive via telephone and e-mail. His nurse practitioner, Anna, is fabulous as well. She takes her time and seems to really care. All of my experiences with this practice have been positive. I highly recommend Dr. Kletsman and his staff. My only pet peeve is that their phone doesn't always work. Instead, a Time Warner recording plays, indicating that voicemail is not set up. Despite this technical issue, I give the practice 5 stars.

The doctor is treating my elderly parents. All appointments are conducted on time. Staff is very courteous. The treatment is working.

I am very happy I found this clicnic. Everything was smooth, quick and organized.

Terrible experience there. I had to log into a portal to find out that I had a UTI. THis is something that the doctor should call to tell you. It took me 2 days to get in touch with someone to provide me with login information. He wrote in the portal that I had a UTI but if it doesn't hurt to not treat it and come back in 3 months. That is an insurance trick to get payment for a second visit. I then replied on the portal and tried to call 3 times to get a prescription filled and nobody would get in touch with me. I then had to go to a City MD who confirmed it was a moderate infection and needed to be treated immediately. Bad experience.

An incredibly knowledgeable and caring doctor with a very understanding bedside manner. I did not feel rushed at all and felt a very thorough examination was done. I truly felt I am in great hands and would recommend to everyone who needs a great physician. Very very happy with my visit. The staff is also very nice and the office is super clean.

Great doc. He spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and addressing my problems. The office is nice and modern. The office staff were very helpful and professional.
