Dr. Igor Aleksandr Talis, DO

Terrible customer relations. I called up for an appointment for my ailing dad and the receptionist was extremely rude with me. First she said she would call me right back to see if she can squeeze an appointment for him. Then when she got back to me I simply wanted to check with my brother to see if we still wanted the doctor to see my dad she rudely told me this is the second time you’re doing this so lets just forget it. Who talks like that to a client. So unprofessional. My dad needed immediate attention so did she just expect me to wait half a day to call me back? This behavior tells you a lot about this doctor whom I never even met. If he’s willing to hire rude receptions like this it tells you a lot about him. Do yourselves a favor and call somewhere else if you need a house doctor. There are many doctors out there. No need to do business with rude disrespectful people

After and arduous on line search, I thankfully came upon Dr. Talis. He was the only physician willing to actually go to my very elderly parents’ home during COVID. My mere words can’t express my gratitude to him and his staff. They were always available whenever I needed them.

Dr. Talis is a great carrying doctor who is taking care of our mother for the last 7 years. He is a knowledgeable doctor who makes right diagnoses that saves lives. Highly recommend!

Terrible relation to his patients, very rude

When a doctor deals with elderly and does home visits, one would assume they trained to handle these patients with respect. If you come only to collect their insurance pay, don't come at all! Dr. Talis might be a qualified physician but he does terrible job dealing with patients. My parents stopped seeing him.

Abnoxious doctor would not recommend

I do not recommend this doctor. Absolutely not Negative Comments: As a clinician myself I know the importance of up keeping your professionalism during different situations... Upon arrival to my grandparents home he was told by the aide that they are eating supper.. He turned around and walked out of the home without saying a word but with obvious facial expression of irritation. Just to clarify, he never provided his patient with a time frame that one can be ready for his arrival as he told the aide he will be arriving before 7pm.

Dr. Talis is a lifesaver. Best qualified and most caring dr. I ever met.
