Best pediatrician ever!

We love Dr Trogan and the staff is awesome. There is always an appointment available at one of the offices.

Female Asian dr was very unprofessional, rude, and has no patience for children. Visited the manalapan location on an emergency basis and will absolutely not be returning.

Terrible experience. Stay away from him and his practice

I waited for more than an hour at the office before NOT seeing the doctor. Ã? I do not recommend this doctor. â?? Positive Comments: They took his TEMP. in the exam room 99.6 degrees and is the only "service" they provided. Ã? Negative Comments: Credit card required to treat a 4yr old's earache? Tell that to a 4yrold crying ALL night "my ear hurts". I have insurance and a 5$ co-pay. She said it was 80$ to be seen by doctor then more money for "tests" . What test? He has an ear infection look with the light and give me meds. for it. . I want to pay in cash I said. No patients are being allowed treatment without a credit card on file is what I was told. 1 HOUR waiting in a SMALL exam room. THEn you tell me that? How about on the phone when I made the APPT? ALL THE TIME WITH CASH IN MY POCKET WILLING TO PAY IN FULL! â?¢ General Comments: My 4yrold son crying as we are leaving the IVY PEDIATRICS saying why didn't the doctor look at my ear and fix my ear.... Because of a credit… card son

My child is autistic. He is not easy to examine but Dr Trogan manages to calm him and accutately diagnose & treat him. Would not choose any other doctor.

Have been taking my kids to him for 6 years. He is caring and has a great bedside manner. He is an accurate diagnostician and always explains everything to me. HIGHLY Recommend him.

I think he is extremely competant and does take his time answering your questions - but his bedside manner is socially awkward to say the least. He really doesn't look the child in the eye, or you very much for that matter, as he's typing away. He isn't a warm, bubbly guy - which I think is nice for kids to experience when they're getting shots - and has some very serious opinions about religion, politics, etc that shouldn't be aired in a doctor's office. We do get taken into a room almost immediately when we are there for a well visit; however, we have waited upt o 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor once the preliminary weigh in and measurements were completed. Which is annoying when we are the FIRST appointment of the day. What is the hold up? I don't like our children wearing nothing in an airconditioned exam room while he does whatever it is he's doing before coming in. He does take his time with you, but it just not a warm and fuzzy guy. The worse complaint is he is alone and has… NO COVERING PHYSICIAN when away on vacation or out of the office. Only a nurse practioner, which is okay for some things, but not all issues. And when I did call the NP with a problem, it took her 15 hours to call me back! We are switching doctors.
