The dentist did a good job and was very kind

just now The dentist is nice, but they are not very professional there. When the woman answers the phone you can hardly understand her because she says the name so quickly. On top of that she does not have a smile or nice tone in her voice you would expect for a receptionist. She also does not call to confirm appointments, and she does not call or send mail reminders about getting in for your 6 month appt. Sometimes she will ask to call you back and never does. I left a few messages the other day and never got a call back even though it was regarding a child. They also refuse to send patient info. and exrays to a new dentist. You feel like they do not want to do anything for you. You feel like you do not matter to them at all, they have no care for your oral health.
