Dr. Ijaz Rashid, MD

My Dad went to this location. Awful experience so far, as I am trying to get a new neuro doctor I am holding his appointments until all testing is done. But I definitely will have my father out of this place. They should be out of business; MY FATHER WAS DENIED CARE ONCE DUE TO LANGUAGE BARRIER. At the right time, I will file a formal complaint against this place.

2 years ago I was in a big auto accident. Ever since, I have been suffering from head and neck pain. Because of my headache my SOS doctor referred me to Dr. Rashid. Going there was a big mistake! First off his nurse practitioner acted like a doctor and she was very rude. They treated me not for a auto accident but for some sort of depression or migraine. They prescribed medicine that I should never take. Stay away from this office because they will give you medicine that is not for your problem.

Very disorganized, rude, and poor bedside manner. Doesn't seem to care about patient's well being, just appears to want additional appointments. After 4 visits, I still have no results from a serious event 6 months ago.

The wait time is ridiculous, I waited over one hour in the waiting room before Dr. Rachid was able to see me. Other than that, I feel Dr. Rachid did an adequate job evaluating me.

No eye contact was made. I could not understand him. He did not even look at my scans or listen to my concerns. Would NEVER RECOMMEND HIM

Doctor Rashid is the best doctor I ever saw, staff is great got all of my testing scheduled same day I would recommend it to everyone.

Ijaz Rashid is lazy, disrespectful and unprofessional. His nurse, Jennifer is very professional and helpful, but also acts as his bodyguard when he creates an issue with his patients. This so called doctor gilled me about who prescribe a certain medication and why i was taking it. He demanded to know actually. When i asked why he wanted to know and if there was a problem with the script and me taking the meds he told me i couldnt ask him that question. I politely reminded him that he works for me, i will ask any question of him that i choose. He summoned his nurses who responded very quickly and positioned themselves between he and i - their movements were such that it seemed rehearsed and has happened before. The so called doctor stated me behavior was not allowed and he refuses to see me. I asked him why, i asked a simple question. His reply, "because i dont like you." The entire incident was recorded. Also he was 30 minutes late for his appointment with me. As a result of his… behavior he is deserving of a negative 5 stars (as well as being reported to the State Dept of Health and my insurance co). If you receive a referral to this person you might want to ask for someone else.

Dr Rashid typically spends our time reviewing my medical records and not making much eye contact; no education or alternate medicine or treatment has been offered; he reviews my records and sends my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Getting an appointment is easy but he is grossly overbooked and staff doesn't address his patients that are waiting; getting a call back from staff if you leave a message typically doesn't happen.

Dr Rashid is the best doctor I ever had he has help me so much I would recommend it to everyone and the staff is great very good in scheduling testing I am very happy with this office.

The front end staff are not efficient nor knowledgeable. I have had to be the one to repeatedly call the office to inquire about test results, and testing appointments. When called, I am always told "The scheduler for the MRI's had been out sick or on vacation" or "I will call you back" never to receive a call. I have asked for a referral to be sent to another office and was told that a request will be sent. When I requested to speak to Dr. Rashid directly, or to the office manager, I was told they are out. I am an RN at an outpatient clinic, and if my front end staff were as incompetent as this office, we would never have any clients at all. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
