To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this letter as a formal complaint regarding my Compensation & Pension (C&P) examination conducted by Dr. Ikbal Fatima Dilmec. I attended this examination fully prepared, including bringing a completed Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) from my private physician that thoroughly documented my condition, symptoms, medical history, and functional limitations. During the examination, I provided clear and honest responses regarding the severity and impact of my condition. After reviewing the examination report submitted by Dr. Dilmec, I identified multiple inaccuracies and omissions. Several statements in the report do not reflect what I communicated during the examination and appear to contradict both my verbal testimony and the medical documentation provided. The report significantly minimizes the severity of my condition and fails to accurately document key symptoms and limitations discussed during the appointment. Because C&P examinations… directly impact veterans’ disability determinations, accuracy, completeness, and objectivity are essential. An inaccurate or misleading report can unjustly result in denial or reduction of earned benefits. Veterans depend on examiners to provide fair and unbiased evaluations based on medical evidence and clinical findings. Given the discrepancies identified in this report, I respectfully request: A review of the examination for accuracy and completeness. A new C&P examination conducted by a different, impartial examiner. Confirmation that my private physician’s DBQ and supporting medical evidence are fully considered in adjudicating my claim. This matter is extremely important, as it directly affects my benefits and well-being.
