Dr. Ikenna Bryant Iloka

I am deeply concerned for my daughter’s safety and wellbeing, and I believe that Bloom Health Center bears responsibility should harm come to her. My daughter is severely mentally ill and struggling with drug addiction, yet I have been cut off entirely from her care and from contact with her. During this time, insurance benefits appear to be aggressively billed on a near-weekly basis, exceeding $2,000 in less than two weeks, while my daughter’s condition continues to deteriorate. I am her mother, yet I have been prevented from seeing or speaking with her due to the actions of her Bloom Health psychiatrist and physician assistant. This forced separation has occurred during an active investigation, and I believe it is being used to protect the provider rather than the patient. Complaints have been submitted to the appropriate licensing boards and oversight authorities, and I am requesting that all questionable claims be fully investigated and denied if found improper.
