Worst experience of my life. This woman was extremely rude & uninformative she prescribed me an antibiotic & said all we can do is hope this works usually you would Get something else but this is a really poor place so yeah. The whole 2 minutes she saw me she kept sighing & rolling her eyes. she had me undress to look at my wound & without giving me anything to cover up with she opened the door several times & there were other patients outside the door. No privacy ! I usually blow things off but I have never felt so disrespected & uncared for.by far the worst doctor ive ever seen.

Employees answering the telephone need to have more native english skills and proper concern for patients. Communications from patients must not get misconstued. Tc continuesly be connected to answering machines to leave messages and not have calls returned is simply unexceptable, since not every urgent matter is ER worthy but at least nurse advice worthy.
