This dr is nothing more than a licensed drug dealer over prescribing medication her patients sell on the streets.no oversight whatsoever.just walk in tell them what kind of drugs you need and your good to go

Overwhelmed with people she is making over 1.000.000 every 1/4 prescription fraudulent activity kick back's from Ariprazole definitely what do you think Fall River ?

Adimit about putting me on it when I told her I have filed a lawsuit against Ariprazole took me off my anxiety med been on 15 years during the pandemic I'm very sick now and she says take the 1.500$ shot then I will get my anxiety med very suspicious?

First, I’d like to make it known that Dr. Berman does not over prescribe controlled medication... if anything, Dr. Berman airs on the side of caution. She is one of the ONLY doctors in Fall River, MA and Attleboro, MA that owns her own private practice with an on site lab. Now, with that being said, Dr. Berman makes certain that almost all of her patients do a urine drug test if they are prescribed controlled medication(s). Ding, ding, ding! However, if a patient is not prescribed controlled medication(s), but has a history of substance abuse, then the patient might have to do a urine drug test on a case by case basis... it’s either required that the patient does the urine drug test every visit, every other visit, occasionally, etc. On average, the patients (who are not prescribed controlled medication(s) but have a prior history of substance abuse will have to do a urine drug test on occasion. Must note though, it is very interesting that the patients who have a prior history of… substance abuse that want to get clean, or are currently clean, seem to have zero to no issue (this is based on overhearing discussions/conversations in the waiting room area). Ding, ding, ding. Also, please refer to the part in this clarification review that states the part, about the part, about the part about Dr. Berman having all patients do a urine drug test either every visit or on occasion based on length of sobriety/past history/no history/if the patient is prescribed any type of controlled substance. Please also note — there are alternate options discussed/worked out between the doctor and a new patient that is handicapped in regards to doing the urine drug test at the initial intake as well as future appointments. Lastly, to make this clear for those who like to twist words just because they are either a) angry/ in their feelings because Dr. Berman didn’t/will not prescribe controlled medication(s) to patients who exhibit drug seeking behavior (aka for the people in the back) or b) tune into fake news that stems from jealousy with the intention to slander Dr. Berman’s name (which is also due to the fact that she is able to provide ethical and thorough psychiatric care/medication management to literally almost double/ more than double the amount of patients per day than any other psychiatrist around... all starting with working hard to develop a safe practice by investing in an on site lab that allows her to get urine drug test results within 30 minutes of testing), because this is real life people. Stop blaming everyone else for your problems. You want to lose weight? Stop overeating, laying around, and complaining you’re overweight — take control and do something about it. You want to make money? Get a job, and make sure you show up for work. You want to quit drugs? Accept responsibility and understand that no one in this world is perfect and that you have a doctor that is willing to help you get clean if you want/willing to help yourself. People, I see this almost every single day at my current job while I’m working, so please do not think/reply back to me that I’m being insensitive in this review. Dr. Berman has gone to bat for me multiple times for my depression. She gets it but knows how to fight it. I am probably alive because of Dr. Berman. She is a sincere, kind doc and if your willing to take your meds and be seen as needed she will be in your court.

Long waits and no one answers the phone.

At first I didn't mind that I had to wait over an hour for my appointment, even if it was in an hot waiting room with a single fan and no AC. Then I tried looking past the unsettling paperwork, and urine test. I couldn't however, look past how rudely I was treated during the intake or how my medications were suddenly all going to be changed after 5+ years or how I was not only insulted by Dr Berman but the other staff member present at the time. Wish I'd known I would spend over 3 hours there just to leave and cry in my car.
