Dr. Ilja Hulinsky, MD

While the doctor himself Is a decent guy, his office staff/ Jennifer does not return phone calls. My thyroid med was recalled and I needed a substitution, the pharmacy couldn't get a hold of him either. This Is a med I need everyday. After leaving 5 messages 6 days later this Jennifer called me and she gave me some sad excuse why she didn't get my messages. Anyway I never got to speak to the doctor everything had to go through Jenifer and I just had enough, I'm looking for a new Endo now, one that answers the phone.

Dr. Hulinsky has done a fantastic job of getting me to good health. I am so grateful for his insights. He is clearly more experienced than the other doctors I have seen. He teaches you about your condition and is very well educated on the most current med options. The other doctors are far more tentative when it comes to new meds. Great doctor!!!

Everything you want in a doc, he listens, he's smart. I went to 4 endocrinologist before I found Dr. Hulinsky and only he gave me the correct diagnosis for a life threatening issue that had persisted for many years.

Saw him for my thyroid as he was strongly recommended to me. He covered so much more than that and was clear, thorough and empathetic

Stay as far away from this "doctor" as you can. The most unprofessional, unethical, rude man I have ever spoken with. Waited 4 hours for a call back from him just for him to hang up on me because I was (understandably) unhappy with the service. Had absolutely no useful advice, only condescending remarks.

Dr. Hulinsky is a wonderful physician, so incredibly thoughtful and intelligent. The problem is Jennifer, his "office manager/receptionist." It is virtually impossible to get through on the phone and she never returns your phone call. I have been waiting for test results since May 13th. I have called over 15 times and left messages and also emailed over 10 times. No return email or phone call. I give up! If I could give 0 stars I would, but that is not an option. I would not recommend as what is the point of a fabulous physician, if you can't see him?

Dr. Hulinsky is great but if he wants to stay in business he should fire Jennifer. She doesn't call you back. You can wait for weeks and she doesn't call you back. Something she was supposed to do for me wasn't done after five months. Maybe that's why she doesn't call back. Promises to call in prescriptions but doesn't. GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH PEOPLE.

Office staff, is like a bad communist era supermarket. No items on the shelf, dreary attitude's, never ever pick up the telephone during normal business hours, AND never call you back, even to schedule a follow up appointment! I think this is shameful. Doctor, otherwise is very good.

Dr. Hulinsky is an excellent endocrinologist. He has one problem. He does not like to answer telephone calls when he has a patient, and he should.

Dr. Hulinsky is a good doctor. Unfortunately, his staff, while cordial while you are in his office, do not return phone calls, do not answer the phone during business hours. I finally was able to schedule a doctor's visit and when I came to my appointment there was no one in his office, which they share with another office. The other office had heard nothing from them. While this was during a minor snow storm I would understand if they would have called their patients or left a message on their answering machine. I left a message and NEVER received a return call to reschedule, apologize or anything. I hope Dr. Hulinsky reads his reviews and takes action!
