I went into the appointment thinking the provider would not be able and/or willing to treat my symptoms. It was the opposite. Dr. Lupea listened to all my concerns and addressed them.

Dr. Lupea is wonderful. She is caring, thoroughly provides information (options, risks) and even drew a diagram to better explain what was happening. She took her time, and I didn't feel rushed. I didn't appreciate having to explain to the nurse/tech why I was coming in for an appointment. This had been a scheduled follow up from my prior visit, a few months ago. It felt like I had to explain myself, when everything was in my chart.
