Doctor Polak has always been available to my wife and I giving excellent treatment and medical advise.

I put off dealing with the water sloshing around in my ear until it of course turned into a Sunday night incredibly painful ear infection. Waited in line out front of the office before they opened. Intake person was really helpful and efficient. Dr. Polak was surprisingly so intelligent and professional, far and away the best doctor Ive Ever seen in a walk-in type practice. Showed real interest even tho she must deal with this same issue ten times per day. I came back the next day after the initial consultation, same experience. Earwas back in shape the next day. She checked n by phone a few days later. Really an incredible asset to the Sag Harbor community. Could not recommend her more.

Dr Polak is a true professional. Kind and caring, and always up to date with medical developments, I could not ask for a better doctor. She truly cares for her patients, and follows up to make sure all is well. A good listener, and brilliant diagnostician, Dr Polak is the best doctor I have ever had. She has always made the right decisions to ensure I am in the best of health.

I have been seeing Dr. Polak for about two years. When it comes to doctors, she is way ahead of the field. Her "bedside manner" is nothing short of astounding. She literally calls me at home the night of every visit when I am ill. She takes the time to explain conditions and you can feel the care she feels for every patient. I have been forced to change health insurance companies and I intend to continue seeing Dr. Polak and pay what I have to to do so.
