Dr. Ilya G. Glezerman, MD

Terrible doctor. Kept on telling my father his kidneys were doing fine while his kidney function was getting worse and worse. When asking Dr. Glezerman about certain test results, that showed that his kidney function was going down, and his blood levels were off he said not to worry and that it was not bad. I went against his advice and took my father to the hospital, where it was found that he had an infection in his kidneys. After that we changed doctors and my fathers kidney function has improved immensely since we left Glezerman. Stay away from this doctor!!

I was given Lithium ( 1976 ) and it had debilitating side-effects. He didn't believe me. I used him as my Primary care physician because I have essential Hypertension. He was understanding till I needed a medical for my Assistant teaching job in a day care center. He refused to give me a medical clearance without a psychiatric evaluation. I furnished two documents from doctors stating that I have Asperger's Syndrome.

He acted professionally and seemed to understand the issues involved with my medical problems.

Glezerman has atrocious bedside manner. I wish that Glezerman can spend a day as one of his patients and have himself treat himself and talk to himself. He is callous and removes all positive hope that people need even though they are smart enough to know how sick they are.
