Very professional Doctor, very pleased and kind front office, very easy to make appointment, no waiting time. I very appreciate to Dr. Rachman , he resolved my problem. Office has XRay room, ultrasound and you can do blood test, very professional girls taking blood, this is very important. When I had some problem, I called to Dr. Rachman, left a message. Dr. Rachman called immediately and explained me everything. I had not good blood test result and Dr. Rachman called me immediately and made me proscription for medication. Dr. Rachman very knowledgeable Doctor, very kind Doctor. I suggest to go to Dr. Rachman if you don’t have doctor. Now Dr . Rachman my doctor and I ‘m very satisfied. Thank you so much Dr. Rachman.

The best Doctor ya even met. Very easy make appointment, very kind ladies on front office, they helped me a lot. The office very professional, has laboratory, ultrasound, XRay, this is very important to have in office, you don’t needed to go somewhere to do blood test, ultrasound. Very warm and friendly environment in this office . Dr. Rachman very professional, knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Rachman helped me a lot and i’m very appreciate to him. Now Dr. Rachman will be my doctor, I don’t need to look different doctor. My problems always resolved. When I had some problem in my blood test, Dr. Rachman called me immediately and explained everything. Very appreciate to doctor. You’re always left a message, if you need something and Dr Rachman will call you always in the same day. I’m very glad that I found the Best Doctor and very warm office. A great doctor.

I began going to Dr. Rachman after her took over the patient load from Dr. Beer who retired. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a smooth transition as he hired Dr. Beer's nurse who I was most comfortable with. I am not one who accepts change to well. I was a long time patient of Dr. Beer's and was frightened by a new doctor. Keeping Dr. Beer's nurse helped ease my fear. I got use to Dr. Rachman although his style of treating patients is VERY different. I went to him for 5 years and for some reason Dr. Beer's nurse (Donna) was let go, quit or whatever....? I wasn't told much but very saddened! I like her a lot! However, by that point I wasn't afraid of Dr. Rachman so I continued seeing him until recently when I moved out of the area. Now I am facing new fears of yet another experience with a new doctor. So hard to find a good caring doctor who doesn't treat you like a unimportant life.

This was my very first time visiting the office of Dr. Ilya Rachman and I was given false information. I arrived at the office in West Hollywood on fairfax by meeting the receptionist at the front desk and was instructed to fill out new patient paperwork and she asked me for my insurance card and my ID. I handed her my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and then asked me if I was aware of how much my Copay and Deductible are. I informed her of the information, which then she seemed very impressed by. I assume because my Deductible is very low. She asked for me to wait one minute to double check with the doctor. I was very unsure why she needed to speak to the doctor, but maybe because it was my first time. This is actually the first time seeing a doctor in years and my very first health insurance. Upon her return I ask if everything was okay and she said yes. She stated that since I have not put any money towards my deductible and have not met my deductible that I would have to… pay for the visit in the full amount of $110 dollars. She said that this is a normal process and that other doctors and my insurance company would say the same thing. The $110 dollars would then go towards my deductible and when I reach the my deductible then I would start paying the copay. I can only assume this was instructed by the doctor and is a regular practice for this office. She then started to mention that "my deductible was very low compared to other patients that are about $2000" " if we where to see you today by only paying the copay we will not make any money". I was feeling unsure of the information that the receptionist was giving to me, so I decided to call Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Company for the correct information. The insurance agent stated: " No, that is not correct. You are only responsible for the copay and if the office charged you more, then get a receipt and that the office is responsible and needs to reimburse you the amount that was charge above the copay." I went back into the office to cancel my appointment and mention to them that there information was incorrect. Now, I have to wait another week for another doctors appointment.
