This office thrives on up-charges. Your treatment coordinator will suggest the most expense version of everything, and then when you want to reach out to ask a question- you can't reach anyone. They eventually call you back, but it could take days or weeks to make an appointment. You also can only make an appointment for whatever is listed on your treatment plan. If the most expensive option is listed on your plan, then you cannot make an appointment for a less expensive option. Your coordinator will expect you to pay for the entire cost of your treatment- potentially thousands of dollars- before you can even make an appointment. One dentist has to treat four patients at a time. Once I had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes after the novocaine was administered while he worked on the other three patients. The novocaine was wearing off by the time he did my filling. Fortunately, that only took ten minutes. One patient just couldn't wait and left after sitting in the chair for half and hour… after the Novocaine had been administered to him but the dentist was still working on another patient. Very difficult to talk with anyone actually working in the office. Most people manning the phone lines are at some other location- possibly outsourced. Their phone message mentions that one of their core values is benevolence- sorry, just don't see it.

BBB Has zak dental as a well deserved F rating for their reputable bad business! Same dentist new location! Look up all the locations they have. All the dentist rotate between all these locations. It's a production line dentistry! They have no time and don't genuinely care about their patients! They avoid accountability at all cost! No return calls, no response to emails, they report negative reviews as fraudulent. I am a real patient, with a very real problem! I've seen 3 different dentist, 2 specialist and because they shaved the tooth so much it is no longer good and only held in place with temporary glue! AND because they couldn't fix it, they wanted to do a root canal, I don't even need! It's been 9 months unable to eat on my right side! They cut me twice, hurt my lymph nodes, now I get reoccurring infections in that area! Is my request for reimbursement unreasonable? All I want is to go somewhere else to get this fixed! I want my life back

Dr.Zak’s office staff is amazing! I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and I have never been disappointed with their service. There is never a long wait and their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable!!!
