Very old mind set and gives advice in a very rude and crude way. I highly do not recommend him.

To me if your going to be a receptionist and greeter, you should have a kind personality and this is not my experience with this office. The Dr. is good but you are in first contact with his receptionist Carla and she is rude. Reading others reviewers, they have said the same thing. She is giving him a bad look by being the face of his office.

No complaints! One of his nurse's is amazing! She has high energy, great attitude and exudes confidence in her abilities. Doc Z. is great and we highly recommend him but I honestly look forward to his nurse the most!

Dr. Zavelsky and Staff are excellent! We moved from California 2 1/2 years ago and was desperate to locate a caring , understanding, professional Pediatrician. We are very fortunate to have found Dr. Zavelsky and Staff at King George Pediatrics. The office is very clean, never have a long wait time, the staff are always cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Zavelsky listens to me, talks to my children directly, listens to them and has just excellent bedside manner. My children are very comfortable with Him. I would highly recommend others to consider Dr.Zavelsky as their child/children's pediatrician.

My son is special needs with complex medical issues and Dr. Zavelsky and staff were very professional , always helpful and efficient the first three years of service. Recently we had terrible snow storms and most of my sons physicians/specialist called and cancelled his appointments. I mistakenly thought that Dr. Zavelsky's office was closed as well. It wasn't until I called the Dr. Himself for a refill (that my son cannot be without) that I saw a different side of Dr. Zavelsky. Not only did he insult and ridicule me in a very unprofessional manner , he allowed my son to suffer the symptoms /withdrawals of being without this medication. This action was extremely unethical and will be reported to the physicians board. Bottom line... Great doctor until you miss an appointment then your child could suffer the health consequences.

Dr. Ilya Zavelsky, MD, is a wonderful doctor! We have been taking our daughter to him for 2 years and are always pleased with the quality of service. His practice goes above and beyond to accomodate to patients. They are great for scheduling last minute emergency appointments and Dr. Zavelsky is has always answered our questions patiently. He is genuinely concerned for all this patient's health.
