he is very honest doctor.

I do not have enough first hand experience with the doctor to give him a review; however, I can tell you that the staff in his office is unable to complete even simple tasks, never follows up on even simple requests and makes up multiple excuses for their incompetence. After being promised multiple times that they would look into my request (I was asking about results of a test the doctor ordered) and then given multiple answers and excuses, I gave up and took my father to a different doctor who employs staff willing to work. Dr. Issawi’s staff is all smiles and promises but never do their jobs.

If I could have reviewed by using something less than one star, that would have be the case. My mother arrived to her appointment a day late and obviously confused, leaning on the counter wondering how she missed her appointment. She stated she was struggling to breath and was unsure how she could get back to her car. Being helpful they wheeled a person that walked in on their back to her car. Still being a little dazed she sat in her car for a while. Unsure how she really made it home. She was rushed into emergency with a heart attack several hours later. How did the staff allow a person coming to a cardiologist office to leave on their own when they are obviously complaining of being unable to breath. These people could have ended my mother's life.
