I had an appt. for a routine visit. Everything appeared to be business as usual, but was told after getting into the chair their heat was shut off...not only a that office but all of their offices. The dental hygienist was rude and rushed through the cleaning they insisted on, then asked me to come back when the dentist could see me. which oddly, she, the Dentist, came in stuck her fingers in my mouth (without my seeing her wash her hands or glove up -she showed up wearing these gloves-side note, this is an open office and I saw the direction she came from and my guess is that she came directly from another patient) proclaimed that I had cavity without an exam or checking xrays, then walked out. I couldn't get out of there fast enough...especially when trying to check out and she was at the front desk yelling at literally every employee (3 or 4) in front of a waiting room full of patients. also, Their files were EVERYWHERE. Stacks and stacks all over the floor, on the… desk....everywhere! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, RUDE

She got my tooth out within less than 5 minutes! She listened to me I usually don’t get numb so I’m petrified of the dentist I told her that and she made sure I was fully numbed. Very painless extraction and I have had many in the past.

The office is clean and the staff was very friendly. I appreciate that the got me in right away for my emergency

This dentist was by far the WORST dentist i have ever in my 34 years of life encountered. From her office staff to the time of the appointment ( which was never performed because i left with my child ). First of all her "dental assistant" was very unprofessional, I watched and recorder her dropping a xray instrument then picking it back up and putting it in my child's mouth. I was just very uneasy about these people the moment i walked trough the door. When i voiced my concerns the doctors advise was : I dont know what to tell you , leave if you want. I am a RN nurse manager for a neurology office and this was the most poorly disgusting ran business i have ever been to . I have reported them to the medical board as well as filed a grievance with my insurance company . BEWARE !!! DO NOT GO HERE

I was seen at the Irving Street office to get my tooth pulled and i was disrespected and was treated very unfair. She told me to stop crying if I wanted to cry then go out of her office to do it then she said I was taking up to much of her time and she has other patients she also broke my tooth and said it was my fault it broke also she said that i had to find my own oral surgeon i asked for pain meds and was told to take tylenol and deal with it this dentist deserves to have her license revoked and i am filing a complaint and following through with it she was disrespectful and rude and i don't deserve to be disrespected

Dr Nosegbe has been my children's dentist since we moved to Brewerton. She has a nice bedside manner and deals well with all of my children and their variety of dental issues. Her girls are great too with their gentle nature and upbeat attitude. It is nice that she has Saturday hours and always gets us in for emergencies as best she can. I wish that she was able to use laughing gas though so that she was able to do more invasive work on my two children with anxiety.
