The worse ever! I felt and hurt my head. The next day I have a bump in my head and hurts, headache and blurry vision. Went to Westchester Emergency and the Dr. came in and said “so, you got a contusion in your head, would you like a Tylenol? She didn’t examine me, she didn’t look at my head or arm, anything. So I said, no I don’t care for a Tylenol, what I want is to make sure there’s nothing bad happening in my head. I finally got a CTScan and wait 45 minutes even do they said it takes more than an hour to three hours to get the results. She came in and said “nothing is wrong with your head” and I said, could you please show me and explain to me the images, she said yes and then she said no I can’t get the test.... The doctor left and I explained what happened to the new nurse. She told me I should complain, that they have had complaints about her before. Honestly, she doesn’t even look like a doctor. The nurses were more informative that her.

I have more medical knowledge than she does. She gave discharge orders before blood work came back. Does she have a Medical degree???
