Dr. Imelda De Forest, MD

Dr. De Forest Made sure my kids will be well before the holidays. She's very accurate with her diagnosis and treatment. I was informed that I can still contact the office even on weekends, and leave a message if there are more concerns.

Dr. DeForest was amazing she took the time to examined my son and explain my soon illness and treatment. Dr DeForest made us feel welcome and care for.

Put my daughter though a blood test she didnt need and scoffed when i commented that the likelihood of necrotizing stomach issues due to formula were insanely low. Then ordered a test that the hospital didn't have or know about and made the comment that she had never seen it before but wanted to be safe. Tried to force us (through the nurses) to sign an AMA and when we declined lied that insurance wouldn't cover me. Parents... run!

Dr DeForest is so personable and truly cares about her patients. She would personally give me phone calls in the evening to check on my children after a day visit. I strongly recommend her and I’m an RN who meets and works with MDs daily.

A pediatrician who can careless about the worries and concerns of parents... don't walk away... RUN!!!

I love Dr. Deforest!! she has been all my childrens doctor. I have four kids she is always caring and so sweet she remembers what sports or activities there in she really takes the time to get to know them. My kids trust her and feel comfortable asking her anything and i think thats so awesome also i love her staff we feel at home there.

Dr. DeForest has been my families peditrician for 7 years now, since my son was born. We have 5 kids. Dr. DeForest has always been there for us when we needed her and has always provided excellent care for our children. The wait may be a bit longer than some offices, but I always leave with my questions answered and feeling reassured. I highly recommend Dr. DeForest as a pediatrician!

Doctor De Forest listens, cares, and takes her time, and makes me feel secure that I got the best care possible. The wait time is long, but it is so worthwhile . I have experienced other offices where the wait time was not that long. Now I know why . The doctors there were in a hurry, and I did not feel satisfied after leaving their office. Dr. De Forest takes time to make sure I had my concerns addressed, and she explains to me in simple terms,so I understand the diagnosis, and the plan of my care. She rocks!!!

The main point to going to a pediatrician's office for your newborn is to get immunization shots, right? EVERY SINGLE TIME i went in they always told me they just ran out of the shots my child needed and had to come back in a couple of days. Also, the wait time is ridiculous! I always dread going there because it's always at least 2 hours from the time i walk in and the time i walk out. The office does not have seperate rooms for the sick kids and healthy kids, they all co-mingle with each other and that's just gross.
