Dr. Imrana Ismail Momin, OD

Dr. Momin is not a good teacher to her staff. When you hire someone you should be aware they require training if they have never done the task. Embarrassing staff in front of colleagues, having them complete tasks they have never done, and aren't qualified to do is unacceptable and unprofessional. Using profanity to have a teachable moment is unacceptable. You never know who referred someone to your practice and how you can lose business. I find it disheartening to know that you'd ask someone what is going on in their home to relate it to why they have not performed to your satisfaction and to use the F-bomb to get your point across. You have 3 different race of staff in your office and the African American was treated with such disrespect. You should really be aware of surroundings when communicating with people and be more professional. I would never refer anyone to this office or you. For those who have been, I am reaching out to inform them of your unprofessionalism. Maybe you… should check what's going on in your personal life before picking on others and questioning them.
