Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Khan, MD

Had the terrible "privilege" of "seeing" (literally only seeing) this doctor when he worked at Gwinnett Medical Center. I went to the ER for a skin condition. Terrible, terrible itchy papules on my back and shoulders. I went into the ER, a nurse took me to an exam room. I changed into a gown. Khan came in and asked what was wrong. I told him I had a terrible break out. He asked how long. I told him it seemed seasonal but this time it was worse. He told me "Ok" and proceeded to leave the exam room. I asked him if he was going to take a look. He told me "just a minute." He left the room. A nurse came in and told me to get dressed and then follow her. She walked me to the billing window. The woman told me that I needed to pay (I forget the amount). I ask her for what? I told her Khan had not even looked at the medical issue I was having; he didn't even touch me. She then told me I had to pay first. I told her no and left. Fast forward to today and its on my credit. I called to rectify the… debt for the visit (not the diagnosis as there was none) and I was told that this doctor noted that I had come in for a yeast infection and anal fissures! How tacky is that?! Disgraceful! And dishonest! Guess he missed the day that his med school recited the Hippocratic Oath.
