Dr. Insoo Yo

The 1st time i went in for an apt. I was there over an hour and they asked me to leave and come back because Dr.Yo was still in surgery. When i returned they had misplaced my info and had to start my apt.all over (well job JoAnn). Then she sent me for testing. then she finally set me up with a surgery date, then she said i had to come in for an apt. to see Dr. Yo. (ok fine) no reason for this apt. after that i had to go to pre-op. she set me up for the same testing (thank god I spoke up and said I have already had these done!!) Surgery went fine thanks Dr. Yo. Today i go back for my post op. (another dealing with JoAnn) my apt was for 11am at 12:15 i ask the receptionist if he is running late , she said YES after calling JoAnn. i asked a patient who was waiting near me if she was waiting for Dr. Yo and she said yes her apt. was at 11:15. JoAnn called her back before me because she was there early, I spoke up and said that this is not right!! Just because people are there before… their apt. doesn't have anything to do with there apt. time!!!! I won't refer anyone to this office, unless notified that JoAnn is gone!!!!

I had an emergency appendectomy and Dr. Yo was the surgeon available. Since then he has performed excellent with 3 other issues. And, my youngest son was diagnosed with a hernia. I sought a second opinion with Dr. Yo and he said there was no hernia. He saved my young son the trauma and unnecessary surgery. Years later my son is healthier for that. An honest human treating others with a God given talent as a surgeon.

My aunt passed away of a long surffering lung cancer for 2 long weeks and dr yo nurse Joann called 3 times left a voice message saying for the cancellation, then have called 2times back to back my mom answered the second call and she acting like she was crying and laughing and my mom told her what happened and she stopped and she said my condolences but she was laughing as she saying that. This is really unprofessional and should be fired I am looking for a new surgeon it's not doctor yo fault but I don't want to be around someone who doesn't take death seriously what a nurse that is. While I was in my room crying and still crying for my aunts death and upset and heard this. This is really not good and if she is working on the side of dr yo during surgery

Dr Yo was recommended to my by two of my other doctors (independently of each other). I like Dr. Yo and his staff at surgical specialists and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Quickly diagnosed my condition. Promptly scheduled surgery. Avoided complications. Excellent work. Minimal recovery time. Follow up was easy at the recommended time. Wait time for follow up was minimal. This is how it should be.

Dr yo is a great surgical specialists he did a wonderful job on me.I would not want no one else but him he done four surgery on me . Dr yo is a great doctor. I tell everyone about him Go Dr Yo

DR YO PREFORMED AN IN OFFICE SURGERY. IT WAS PERFECT IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. PERFECT STITCHING!!!! NOT A LEAK OR OOZE!!!
