All around, Dr. Ina was the best family doctor, hands down. Thank you for your kindness and patience, Ina and staff!

I had been to several speciality drs without effect.. walked into this office and she had me diagnosed in ten minutes.. with further testing proving she was right.. i had suffered for years.. thank you for changing my life around!

She speaks very aggressively and is hard to understand. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Her office is dirty and you can hear her conversations with other patients through the walls.

They said they talked to my insurance company and everything was ready to go and made my appointment. I came in , answered questions only , did not have any exams or anything. When it was time to make my next appointment they said their name wasn't on my papers and that most likely they will not get paid for that visit. After that there was yelling and screaming in the office and I was basically kicked out. They said I lied about having the insurance company called and that I will be billed the $95 for the appointment

The absolute worst doctor I've ever encountered. Called me a liar when I explained to her about my diagnosis from my specialty doctor. Left the room three times while I was trying to talk to her. When I told her how I was feeling she said it wasn't her problem. She was the worst, and I will be filing with the board. She couldn't have made it clearer that she didn't care about me or my health.

First, Dr. Agrawal presents that she is in-network for Anthem and she is not. In addition, she does not have privledges for the only hospital in Richmond, Indiana.I am very disappointed with Dr. Agrawal. I scheduled an appointment with her this past summer. I drove over 75 miles each way to make the appointment only to be told that she had left early. It appears her staff made an error, and did not relay a change in my appointment time. However, Dr. Agrawal chose to believe the rediculous story they concocked.I explained that this mistake by her office staff cost me a great deal in terms of time and money. I asked to be reimbursed. I had a small balance of $50 with her office and I asked that she repay me first. I have since found another physician who is very attentive and my health is much better. I have lost weight, and my overall sense of well-being has increased.
