Dr. Inad Janineh, DO

For 2 years I hesitated to write a review about this doctor, but I just cannot let it go anymore. I have a story so long that this probably wouldn’t allow me the characters to write it out fully. In a nutshell, Dr. J was amazing when I first saw him for breast cancer and reconstruction. After my surgery, which he put expanders in and should not have after pathology was on site and I had positive lymph nodes. Idc what research says, but there isn’t enough people in the research to form a safe conclusion on expanders and radiation complications. He was not there in recovery and I had to have him paged. He did not even remotely call me or my family after surgery. I had to call him on my way home to inquire why he put expanders in. Post op, Dr. J became very dismissive and more. His arrogance and dismissive demeanor was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in healthcare. He is also a private practice physician. In hindsight, I would’ve chosen someone who actually works for… the hospital. To name a few incidents: -my first postop visit, he aggressively opened my medical bra. If you’ve had breast cancer, that first time seeing your breasts amputated is extremely hard to see. He didn’t care. He touched my breasts to see how things were without washing his hands and no gloves. This was also in the middle of the pandemic and no masks were worn either. I wasn't worried about getting COVID, I was worried about the multiple appointments I had to go to and not being able to go. Time is crucial with cancer. He didn’t care. He scared me to death opening up my bra like that. I can’t even put into words the emotions I had that day prior to that visit, during that visit, and after that visit. My daughter was w me and my plan was to turn around so she didn’t have to see my breasts like that, but he didn’t give me time to do so. -there were two visits where his assistant was giving me fills and he would walk in without knocking to see if it was okay, my breasts were exposed with the door opening for someone potentially to see. I was humiliated. -10 days out I was still traumatized by finding out that I had positive nodes. His words “you’re not going to do good w treatment” bc I was very depressed. I mean, was I supposed to be happy? He was extremely inconsiderate. It was obvious this man had no empathy for someone who had cancer. -day of surgery Dr. J came into Preop disheveled, marked my breasts, did not even remotely ask me how I was doing. Scrubs were wrinkled and he looked as if he had a late night. I was extremely worried at this point. -I was also lied to by the lymphedema specialist that worked for him stating I only had 6 visits w her covered and found out later I had 20 visits. She spoke negatively of another patient while seeing her as well. I’m going to end this review here, but there were many, many incidents w this man. I would’ve left much sooner but no PS would take me in the middle of getting fills, so I was stuck w him. He should not be working w women w breast cancer bc he simply does not care about your situation. It was the worst experience of my entire journey aside from being diagnosed. I still cannot believe the things I experienced with this doctor. Please, if you have breast cancer, reread this review and make a sound decision for your care. I can’t imagine why this physician has 4.9 in reviews. One can only think that women are nervous to post a public review of him bc it doesn’t make sense. Jennifer Kelley, LMSW-CCATP

excellent doctor!

Doctor truly is an artist and a miracle worker. He also has an outstanding beside manner. He was able to calm my wife down and allow me to live another day.

The BEST Doctor

Amazing botox injector. I get botox every 4 months and its perfect every single time. I have gone to several other doctors before and they usually have nurses or physician assistants inject and i would never get good results. But Dr Janineh does his own injections and I would never go to anyone else

Dr. Janineh is very knowledgable with an amazing bedside manner. Treated me and my health situation with the greatest care and respect. I will definitely be coming back to see him and would recommend him to everyone I know.
