This doctor could not be more accomplished and kind. She is not only incredibly thorough but also treats each patient like a mother, sister, brother, or father.

After 2 years of suffering and misdiagnosis when every other dermatologist I called was booked months into the future despite the fact that I have a serious, perhaps life threatening condition dependent on early diagnosis and treatment, Dr Braunstein gave me a next day appointment at one of, if not the best Autoimmune Dermatology departments in the world. She and every staff member I dealt with was outgoing, kind, patient, understanding and never condescended, rushed or humiliated me, nor did they dismiss my fear or scold me for self educating after being treated poorly and misdiagnosed by physicians no where near as gifted. Instead, they listened as I described my entire ordeal and after examining me, agreed that I was likely on the right tract with my suspected family of Dermatological Autoimmune diseases. Finally, I was given an idea of the type of illness I am facing. I was biopsied immediately for several possible culprits, given blood tests and assured that if my results come… back positive, I would begin immediate treatment and therapy in their John's Hopkins Dermatological Immunology program. I was clearly anxious and unsettled and Dr. Braunstein could not have been sweeter or more reassuring. If you have a serious dermatological issue, especially possible autoimmune issues, this is the team you want and Dr. Brainstein is a brilliant team member. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. Please disregard the above comments. Sounds a bit delusional to me. Children make more sense. Clearly the office exists and an appointment was made, otherwise there wouldn't be anything or anyone to review. Perhaps the above patient was seeing the wrong type of physician?

She's only had her MD for 3 years but she thinks she can treat her patients like children. Gave directions to a clinic that didn't exist, insisted that appointments were made that didn't exist.
