March 2023 she ground down all my upper teeth and made me a temporary that broke and week had to be re cemented this July she had another temporary made this time every day even twice a day I went and even while on her chair the temporaries came off while waiting to dry she cleaned excess cement very painful she sent me w a cotton roll to bite on while it was setting they came off I complained her cement was no good she said I was insulting her that her time is worth more than the cement and if I don’t trust her she can’t work w me anymore I asked for referral to another dentist to cement my temporaries no answer I had to wait through the week end to go to my old dentist to cement them in it took her 10 min and they stayed on and I can eat

Dr Sahiwal was very rude, narcissistic and doesn't hesitate to humiliate her patients. I wouldn't waste my time and money here.

Dr SAHIWAL is wonderful, she is very attentive and can really give you a very complete dental overview

An appointment was suddenly canceled. I traveled all the way and the appointment was made many weeks earlier, if not a month. We were staying in a hotel for a few days around the Bay Area and got a message from the receptionist that the appointment was canceled a day before. They had very few options - they also increased the service fee to an incredible height - I thought they'd mistaken me as a new patient or something (if so the fee increase is understandable but it was not an ordinary fee level). Their fee was probably for Hollywood Celebrity or some multi-millionaires. The receptionist is a complete disaster - I don't believe Gloria had any medical reception training of any sort. She has no clue, wearing a big ring and fancy cloth, snob voice -- After the appointment was canceled, we wanted to change the doctor to another who can ensure our future appointment is kept. So I asked that Dr. Sahiwal give me some referral to a new doctor. What I did not ask was that I was not… asking a receptionist to give a referral - A referral can only be given by a medical and health professional. Not some clerical and medical clerk can give one. Huge disappointment with the overall treatment at this Sahiwal Clinic. Her implant surgery was successful -- but overall, the after service is awful. And that counts.

Dr. Sahiwal was recommended to me by my periodontist in Palo Alto. She is wonderful! In the past year Dr. Sahiwal replaced many of my old crowns and solved a problem that has plagued me for years: I had a tooth near the front that was crooked in a strange way. I tried braces which couldn't budge it. Dr. Sahiwal had a beautiful crown fashioned for that tooth and gave me a beautiful smile. She is a perfectionist - sending me to the lab to have the color matched perfectly to the surrounding teeth. She wasn't completely happy with the color of the crown that arrived (frankly I thought it looked good), sent me back again for a color match and as a result I have a perfect matching tooth. She is an absolute perfectionist. She has a very caring charming personality, is an outstanding professional and takes great care of her patients. Dr. Sahiwal does beautiful cosmetic work, implants and general dentistry. I will never go anywhere else!
