Dr Indira Vanguru has definitely helped us in our family health care P P

She treats patients with respect, listens to their concerns, doesn't judge or draw conclusions based on stereotypes. Great doctor.

The front of the office is nice but her nurse do not have any people skills. i will decline to say what she did, because it's to much to say but this is the 2nd time she was rude to me, but it will be the last.

This visit did not bring me any help... I asked about possibility to get MRI ( my persanal conclusion ) and I got it. Hope it will work and help to understand my issues better..

My impression of this doctor is that she is professionally lazy and performs only that which is minimally required to get paid. I have carelessly remained her patient for 2 years (maybe more) despite being misdiagnosed once and now going through her outright refusal to provide basic preliminary care. Please, please, when you get a bad feeling about the quality of care you are receiving, take action and find yourself a doctor who will provide the care you need. Don't wait around giving the benefit of doubt like I did. It's your health and your life.

Front desk guy (Mark?) is the best. Knows me by name now. I started going to Dr.Vanguru after Dr. Rios left. I was worried about switching but she is a great listener. I never felt talked down to or like a hypochondriac. I explain everything that's wrong and she helped me work through each problem. I went to another Dr. when I had an immediate issue and couldn't get in to see her. I ended up wasting my time there and went back to Dr. Vanguru. She's really polite and sweet and explains things very well.

Dr. Vanguru has an excellent bedside manner. She took the time to ask questions, diagnose my problem and make valuable suggestions about my healthcare. She also referred me to a specialist and made sure Memorial Herman Hospital's concierge service called me to set up the appointment. She also submitted my prescriptions directly to the pharmacy, so by the time I got back to my neighborhood, my scripts were ready for pick up. I was feeling awful when I went in to see Dr. Vanguru, 24 hours later and I'm back to normal. I also love the staff in this office (Jessica/Marcus), once you're a patient of one of their doctors, they'll do anything to get you in when you're ill. When I have needed to see a doctor right away, they have never turned me away.
