Dr. Indrani Sen Sen Hightower, MD

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Hightower and her staff. At my one and only appointment I waited over 1.5 hours with no explanation for the delay. Then when I tried to call the office, no one EVER answers the phone. Also, no one EVER returns a phone call once you leave a message. Needless to say, I never returned for a follow-up visit and had to be seen by another provider.

I saw Dr. Hightower for the first time last week. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and compassionate. She made me feel like I wasn’t “just another patient.” She treated my issue and went above and beyond to rule out any other possible issues. You can tell she cares about her patients. I will definitely be seeing her again.

Dr. Hightower Is the best she is kind ,caring, and a great listener. She is so much better than the last neurologist that I had.

I've been a patient of Dr Hightower's for about 3 years now. I feel like Dr. Hightower genuinely cares about my well being. She takes her time during our appointments, follows up on previous things we've discussed, and gives me good advice and a good proactive care plan. I actually moved a few months ago and now live about an hour away from Dr. Hightower's office but I gladly still make the trip.

Dr Hightower has a passion to help each of her patient. She also listen to every concern that I may have. Great neurologist

Dr. Hightower has been the only one that has had an interest in helping me to obtain the best possible health, given my complicated health issues. If she is not sure what is going on, she will research, as well as listen to any research you may have done. A true collaboration I have. First choice recommendation.

Dr. Hightower is incredibly compassionate with her patients. She takes extra time to listen to your concerns and try to find solutions you’re comfortable with. I always leave feeling confident about my treatment plan and the direction my health is moving towards. I’m glad to have found her.

After receiving horrible treatment from my last neurologist was a little skeptical of seeing another dr. I choose the MS Center for its location and positive write ups. From first visit i felt very welcomed and cared for. Dr. Hightower spent more time then i was allotted going over my condition and viable treatment options. She got me off of any and all useless and harmful medications. She designed comprehensive treatment plan which involves bot medication and botox injections. I would highly recommend this practice, they know there stuff and you will be in good hands!
