Exceptional clinical skills. Spends time with me unlike other rheumatologists that I saw prior to her. Like her so much.

If you have a real problem, see her as she cares for you. She does not entertain non sense in her office. Don't let the negative comments about her influence you. She treated me very well. I am very happy with her approach and I am better.

I was surprised by the lack of knowledge on my condition and certain medications I was taking. I was told I would hear back in a week about extensive bloodwork she did but heard nothing. The personal nurse for the doctor was so rude when I called about the results that I will be picking up all results and searching for another doctor. Don't waste your time with this doctor.

I saw other rheumatologists for my condition before. All they did was do more testing. She listened to me and told me what I have and what I should do instead of just handing me the meds to take. It helped me a whole lot. I recommend her highly.

My PCP did the tests and evaluated my symptoms and determined I had either lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. My symptoms and basic test results were common to both conditions. I was referred to Dr. Palasani, who told me I was too young to have these problems and suggested I see an orthopedist for my knee pain, a spine specialist for my neck pain, and get steroid shots and physical therapy for my hip, shoulder, and hand/knuckle pain. Then I should see a neurologist for the vertigo. She did no further testing, no x-rays, etc. My PCP wanted her to call after my appointment so the two could collaborate on my care, but she refused to call my PCP as well. I stopped by my PCP afterward and told them how I was blown off and that she refused to call. They told me I was the second patient in two days with the same complaints.

I saw doctors for my arthritis who could not tell me what I had. She diagnosed me immediately when she saw me and put me on meds that helped me within 2 days. I highly recommend her.

I saw two other rheumatologists prior to my visit with her. She took time to explain my condition and the options available for me. I recommend her very highly.

4th rheumatologist I have seen, and by far the most compassionate and and professional! She actually listens to how I feel about the meds and symptoms I am experiencing and allows me to have a part in decision making regarding treatment. I am very happy to have found her!
