My name is Inger Malwin-Dabney. I was born and raised in beautiful Venice Florida. I am the youngest of four (and the only girl). My three other brothers have all sought careers in the dental field, two of which I’m fortunate to work with!
I graduated from Venice High School in 1982. I went on to undergrad training attending St Pete Jr College and received my dental hygiene degree. Immediately upon completing that goal I was accepted into Indiana University’s Dental School. My freshman year Indiana went on to win the national title in NCAA basketball under Bobby Knight - Go Hoosiers !
I graduated dental school in 1990 and joined my fathers practice and have loved the opportunity to work along side my father and continue my education implementing his practical knowledge of dentistry over several decades.
My passions in life include my husband Fred. He and I married in 1993. He has been involved in professional baseball since 1988. He played ball for …the Chicago White Sox, The Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs. He had 10 successful years as a left handed pitcher. He currently works with the Milwaukee Brewers as a pitching coach.
We have two beautiful boys Dane and Tanner. They keep us busy with football, basketball and skateboarding among other activities.
We love to camp as a family in our pop-up camper, as well as fish as much as possible. I’ve even been known to out fish my husband ! I feel blessed to live, love and work here in Venice and proud to call it home.
