Dr. Ingrid M. Chacon, MD

Dr. Chacon has a neat surname from Spain. I wanted to ask Dr. Chacon if she was related to Martin. It is my first visit with her, and I am very impressed with her professionalism, patience, empathy and communication skills.

Excellent staff! Was called in at time of appointment and was seen by doctor in less than 15 minutes. Very nice and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with my visit! This was my first time meeting Dr. Chacon she had a very good bedside manner. I felt heard and she was able to answer all my questions. She also made me feel comfortable which is very important to me. She also gave me a diet and information to help with my symptoms.

This Doctor is excellent she is number # 1. She is Lovable and caring I recommend her. Dr Chacon Rocks

Horrible staff..!! My mother was in severe pain and even after TEO days post office visit neither the doctor nor her staff had the courtesy to call in prescription to pharmacy... Just awful..! They "forget" to call in prescription but DON'T forget to charge copay or bill insurance of course...! Patients are definitely NOT this doctor's or her staff's priority.... Horrible office... Worse experience!!

This doctor's office is a huge lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm at the point of calling the attorney general to do an investigation on their practice as they do NOT communicate anything to the patients. They also make the patients wait for hours in the waiting room just to reschedule them later. People ask for copies of their file and they are not being given. Complete violation of the law. She takes advantage of older and less educated individuals.

My mom was going to this doctor., she went through a lot of testing this doctor never told her she had cancer and by the time she went for a second opinion she was stage 4. too dame late. my mom has only couple of hours to live. I would not recommend this dr. Chacon to no body, they care only about the money!

When I chose this Dr I felt I was going to be in good hands and felt as if she would care for my complaints and concerns as well. But I was wrong. She scheduled me for a colonoscopy at Doctors hospital at Renaissance and received terrible treatment by the nurses in the prep area so I filed a complaint and when she found out she was so upset at me that she refuses to care for me any longer and also talked to all the other drs of her practice to deny services to me. I recommended this Dr to my dad and to all my friends but after this I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Very unprofessional doctor.
