Dr. Ingrid Lynett Martinez-Andree, MD

She is very caring, helpful, very detailed, and willing to do anything she can to help her patients. My 2 boys are seen by her and I truly feel blessed to have her care for both my son’s. She never rushes the appointments and addresses any of my concerns. I wish there were more pediatricians like her in this world, children will be better taken care of. Highly recommend her.

First off, she is impatient with children so I’m not sure why she chose to become a pediatrician. Second, she brushes everything off even severe things and constantly acts like there’s nothing she can do. Will not send referral to GI when medically necessary. Never wants to do anything. Always rushed. Doesn’t do any sort of physical check of the child’s body. She’s a waste of time. Please find your children a pediatrician who actually cares and is proactive.

Dr. Martinez is very caring, and takes time to thoroughly answer questions. Unfortunately the administrative staff in her office are horrendous. They are rude, insensitive, and do everything in their power to make you feel as though you and your child don't matter in the world. I took my 2-month-old in for her shots (a traumatic experience for us both) and the receptionist refused to acknowledge us as I stood with my crying child to secure the next appointment. When I finally started to leave she rudely said, "need another appointment" without so much as looking at us, as if we were interrupting her important computer Facebooking time. The rest of the administrative staff have been no different (the nurses are alright).It's too bad, I really like this doctor, but the horrible staff is forcing me to move elsewhere. If she moves to another office I will definitely follow her, but as long as the staff are with her I have no interest in going back.

Dr Martinez really cares, She takes the time to get to the bottom of the problem. All three of my boys go to her and even my teen loves her. The best thing about her is that she takes time to know her patients....the children while at the same time understanding the parents concerns. Sometimes I wish I wss a kid again so she could be my doctor!!!!

i have had both of my children with her for 7 years now and love her she is very caring and understanding and willing to do everything in her power to help best pediatrician there is i have dealt with others from time to time they have nothing on dr Martinez
