Dr. Ingrid Nadette Wilson, MD

I absolute love Dr. Wilson. She is very professional, easy to talk to, she answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease regarding my situation. The only thing that ANGERED me was calling to scheduling an appointment and the receptionist telling me, they had no record of me and I have been a patient of Dr. Wilsons for years. And, this has happened on several occasions.

I went in with an infection as was told I would hear back within a few days. I never received a single call, I had to contact the office numerous times and 2 weeks later I found out I had an infection and needed to be on medication. I then received a bill from the lab that they use for several hundred dollars for a yeast infection test. I have insurance and do not understand why the high invoice. I called the office over 10 times before someone answered the phone to tell me oh, we will take care of it, it was a mistake. I received another bill from the lab company again, called dr. Wilson's office and the heard the same thing. Needless to say I just received the 4th bill! I'm so angry!!!! Everytine I call they state it was a voding error but then don't fix it.

HORRIBLE bedside manner, I don't need her to hold my hand or hug me, but I expected her to be friendly and actually talk to me like an adult. She rolled her eyes at me numerous times and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She had to do a PAP smear on me, because I was abnormally bleeding and would cramp all month long. She said the office would call me about 3 days later to let me know what the lab results were...NEVER heard a word. I called numerous times and left messages, but, no one would pick up or call me back. About a month later I got ahold of someone in the office and they told me that I had a very bad yeast infection...REALLY!? I wait a MONTH to find out that I had a yeast infection!? I was furious to say the least. I will NOT be going back to her and I do not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I absolutely love Dr Wilson she has a great personality and is the sweetest caring Dr I have ever met. I would recommend Dr Wilson to anyone. As long as she is in the state of mi she will always be my primary physician.
