Unacceptable waiting time. Doesn’t listen to you. Abrupt. Schedules a battery of unnecessary expensive tests.

I’ve been in this office many times over the years. I like them or else I wouldn’t continue being a patient. I don’t understand these negative reviews. Dr.Prieto is straight to the point, which is what I prefer from a health care provider. That’s not being rude. If my weight goes up significantly, then she asks questions about diet and activity. You want that from a medical professional. Being overweight isn’t a vanity or judgement issue, it’s a health issue. You want your doctor to be concerned and discuss the issue. The staff is always professional and competent, so I don’t understand the unfriendly comments. They do their job well. My appointment never feels rushed and everything is handled even if I bring up additional stuff outside of my appointment request. When I go in to the office, I get the diagnostic, preventative, and medical care needed to stay healthy.

Wait time for this doctor is very long. You make an appointment at 3:00 and will sit in the waiting room until 5. You then will see the doctor 10 minutes and concerns will not be met. I do not recommend this doctor.

As you can see from many other people's experiences, Dr. Prieto's behavior is appalling and disgusting. Her bedside manner is obnoxious and threatening. She will accuse you of "drug shopping" if you simply tell her that the meds she prescribed you aren't working well for you. I had a bad reaction to meds she put me on so she told me to go to a shrink...for high blood pressure. She told me everything was in my head. My new doctor is wonderful and validated all of my issues. She told me to steer clear of this doctor as she has years of rumored patient abuse. I cannot believe people still go to her. May she retire soon for the sake of her current patients.

This doctor was extremely rude and didn't listen to me or what my goals were. She assumed things about me that weren't true and made false assumptions about my lifestyle. She was just horrible. Stay away from this woman.

This doctor is extremely rude, judgmental, and downright insulting. Because my family member has tattoos she assumed that he has HIV, and implied very insulting things about our family. Do not go to this doctor! Besides this incident scheduling an appointment with her has been tiresome, and her office canceled on us three times. The staff was rude over the phone as well.

Dr. Prieto is the worst Dr I've ever seen. After my daughter complained about her, I decided to attend her next appointment. This woman is a racist, does not listen, and is extremely rude. She refused to listen to my daughter's issues and accused her of "drug shopping". As it turned out when we finally got to a real doctor - my daughter has been diagnosed with a seizure disorder and MS and is doing much better with PROPER medical care. Dr. Prieto should have her license revoked.
