Dismissive and rude. She made me feel bad for asking for a medication I thought could be helpful. She didn't even do an assessment on me but kept on prescribing me the medication that I was on before I came to her. Plus the one that she assumed that I need it. No real evaluation was performed. She raised her voice at me and was aggressive.

She is the worst

Awful doctor. She arrived in the office over 1 hour later then the appointment she had set up for myself and about 5 other people all scheduled for the same time. When she got into the office she proceeded to eat lunch for the next half hour before even calling in the first patient. When it came time for me, she called me in and immediately told me that she could not provide the services that I needed and she refused to recommend any other doctors that could. Her manner was rough, unprofessional, and fairly rude. This woman should not be allowed to practice medicine especially psychiatry. Easily the worst experience that I ever had with any doctor that I had ever seen.

Horrible, unprofessional, absolutely with 0 compassion to the problem of the person and emotions!i waited in the office for 2 hrs! i came to discuss the split with my bf and explained that i can't function and i have emotional distress, panic attack and other - all she said i have to go to the psychologist and she is not going to waist her time with me! I request to give me a paper that i cant perform the duty at work - she refuses to do that and even did not prescribe me anything! i am shocked! I reported her for Medical Malfunction!!!

I had a one o'clock appointment for Dr. Gabay and she did not arrive at the office until 2:45. At the time she arrived there were 11 people waiting in her office and all except two had one o'clock appointments. Dr. Gabay saw two patients and then took 25 minutes for lunch. When I got to talk to her she told me right away that she would take me on as a patient. That is her prerogative however she refused to recommend any other doctors to me. This doctor is completely unprofessional and shows no regard as to appointment times.

My grandmother was referred by elder-plan to see Inna Gabby. It took over a month to make an appointment and once she arrived to the office the wait was over TWO hours. As she was called in from the waiting room and finally met with this "doctor" her immediate reaction to my grandmother was that she didn't have time for her--to fill out her paperwork needed for elder plan--and that she sees many younger patients who still work and essentially for whom she gets paid more money from insurance companies by. She was EXTREMELY RUDE, dismissive and shockingly unprofessional. This is a women--my grandmother-- in her late 80's who is in desperate need of care and medication and for whom it is not an easy task to travel to a doctor and wait 2 1/2 hours. She is a holocaust survivor and has led an amazing yet extremely difficult life and deserves more than to be treated like an annoyance and denied evaluation and treatment from a supposed doctor who is somehow on elder plans list of referrals.… This women should NOT be allowed to practice medicine and has NO intention of helping or serving her patients in ANY way.

She was very rude. I arrived to my appointment on time and was told it would be atleast 45 min before she could see me. i was on my lunch break and so i left and told them i would return in that time. the receptionist called me and cancelled and rescheduled me for 10 am the next day. I arrived on time and had to wait 20 min before the doctor saw me. Finally she was ready and as i entered her office, headed for the seat closest to the door to which Dr. Gabay said "When you become a doctor, you can sit in that chair." apparently that was her way of telling me it was her seat. She told me my problems were due to my personality and couldnt or should i say WOULDNT offer me any help or refer me to someone who could.
