Do not go to this doctor. Waited for appointment four weeks. Night before had a fever without any other COVID symptoms. And had four day old Negative Test. They did not even want to talk to me or check if I still have a fever. They sent me out and told they would only check me out after I bring a Negative COVID Test. It looks like we do not have any other illnesses except COVID. That means I have to come back to see her when I am no longer sick. Why I need to see such a doctor?

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Inna I. Inoyatova. This doctor should not practice in any circumstances! The front desk services UNBELIEVABLE RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Me and my wife made an appointments as a new patients to Inna Inoyatova. I went to the doctors office due to injury in the gym. The doctor sent me to the Xray and it did not show anything. After, doctor sent me to the surgeon. I waited for the appointment to the surgeon for TWO weeks in pain and ignorance. When I came to the surgeon, he was very surprised the Inna sent me to his office since the surgeon was not dealing with soft tissues. The surgeon did not even checked me and was relying on my words only. Next, I came back to Innas office again, the front desk made me appointment in ONE week. Since the Xray did not show anything and the surgeon could not diagnose anything (he said he dont work with soft tissues), Innas office sent me for Ultrasound which did not show anything again. I was in pain the… entire time and was working through pain. I called the Innas office to find out the next step and they said I need MRI! But! I have to come to tgeir office again and the time available they have in TWO weeks! I refused to come since I was there with this problem already, I went through Xray and Ultrasound same as surgeon! I wanted to talk to doctor and kindly asked to call me back when doctor would have time to talk to me! Nobody called! I called myself and front desk was screaming at me, calling me names and refused to connect me with doctor. My wife heard conversation and called herself to speak to the doctor. The front desk cursed on her and hand up. Since than they do not pick up phone not on me nor on my wife!!!!! I already called my insurance and made a complains. The letters with complains are ready to go to the Medicare and Medicate and NYU ! If this doctor office can be so rude to us, you are not exception.

I have known Dr. Inoyatova for many years, she is a very professional and an amazing person as well. She always gives her best to every patient, she also gives good and detailed diagnostics. The staff is very friendly and her assistants are very grammatical and professional workers.
