Not sure about the doc, but the receptionist is a horrible women. Tried to ask a few simple questions and she started going crazy on me, and also mentioning that if I wasn't happy I should look for another doctor (mind you that this is my girl friends doctor and she's been seeing this doctor for many years) this receptionist doesn't care if the doctor loses some of her patients (or maybe the doctor doesn't know she talks to her patients this way and wonders why she's lost some of her patients?? ) Just be careful when talking to the receptionist about anything. Thanks for taking the time and reading. BE CAREFUL

I saw this doctor in the ER supposedly and I received a bill from her private practice ONE TIME that just showed an amount to pay--no breakdown of charges or anything. I requested more info from them and they said they would send me to collections if I didn't pay it. When they finally sent me a copy, they had billed the wrong insurance, they had the diagnosis codes incorrect, and they even added Diabetes as a diagnosis, which I have NEVER been diagnosed with, nor were any of my blood levels consistent with this at all. They threatened to still call collections and are refusing to resubmit THEIR incorrect claim to insurance. They told me my insurance denied the claim initially, but there is no proof that it was ever submitted (or denied) by my insurance. SCAMMERS!! They will be charged with insurance fraud if they keep this up.

This doctors does not listen to the patient and there needs, cuts you off the medication and tells you to go see a shrink

A fancy degree means nothing when you can not communicate with your patients on a professional & caring manner. Very disprectful... walked out of the hospital room in the middle of a discussion. Would not recommend her for anybody. Unless you like the abuse & stress she adds to the situation!

This was my first visit to Dr. krasnyansky and I was hoping she could become my family doctor, but unfortunately she is very rude lacks any social or people skills. She told me I am wearing too much makeup, very unappropraite and awkward visit, she even yelled at me for asking a question twice. My 9 year old daughter was even afraid of her.

Dr. Kransnnyanski was condescending, rude, judgmental, unprofessional and lacked compassion. She was incapable of seeing the big picture in assessment of the patient, rushed through her assessment of the patient and alienated me through her judgmental and condesending comments and false assumptions. Stay far away from her.
