Dr. Zdorovyak is outstanding doctor she is very professional, knowledgeable, and patience with the patient. Dr. Zdorovyak took the time to listen to my concerns, provides feedback a referrals when needed. Great bedside manners. Prompt in seeing me. Attentive, graceful, compassionate, friendly.They do not make you feel like you are a number/quota that must be met. The Providers and Staff make you feel WELCOME!

I did have good experience with my doctor

My husband was seen by her today not only was she rude and uncaring but her nurse was also rude to my 4 yr old. They both seemed to not care about what my husband was there to get help with and the nurse snapped at my son for touching the chair! Claimed he was rude the last time we were there which is impossible since that was our first time ever being there! Very upset with how my husband and child were treated by both of these women!!

I found that she is an excellent doctor , but if you just want drugs for pain, she needs to understand why and does not give them unless necessary. She saved my life and I will always remember that about her. She is a great doctor and person and deals with facts and medicine. If you want sympathy, this is not what she is about. She is a healing DR, just love her.

I am irate over the assistant to Dr. Zdorovyah named Theresa. See is very rude and unprofessional. I called the office a total of three times trying to get a referral to get a ct scan that the doctor ordered to get as soon as possible. Southwest Medical said " if you have a stat medical order your primary care office will need to call to schedule an appointment", I simply delivered this message to Theresa who promptly responded with a snide "I am not calling them". I got physically upset and she demanded an apology for me raising my voice. When I asked for her apology for her curt and insensitive attitude she denied ever saying anything. She explained that she "deals" with Southwest Medical all the time and they are not truthful about procedures. I explained that I will contact Southwest Medical for lying to clients and not being truthful and she said I should not put words in her mouth though this is what she is telling me.

The doctor was prompt, polite, pleasant, asked appropriate questions and listened to what I had to say. No lectures, was not hurried, exam was thorough. I was pleased to not have to sit and wait half a day to be seen. She is organized and efficient. She will be my primary.

Appears to take patient care seriously.. I am not seeing MD to be entertained or make friends. It's business and that business is my health. This doctor is pleasant enough to meet my needs and at the same time convey to me that providing attention to my medical needs is a priority. I don't mind not being coddled. I like to be in and out, spoken to like an intelligent adult and walk away feeling confident I was not wasting my time.I like a doctor that is a straight shooter and who is not afraid to lay it on the line.Having to wait to get past the waiting room is just a fact a patient will face almost anywhere but since I plan my schedule to allow time for my appointments I take a book and relax til my name is called. I do not feel the doctors know in advance what will pop up with each patient that they see and I feel better knowing they aren't brushing patients off just to get the next waiting person in on time. Who knows, it could be me someday who needs a little extra time from the… doctor so I just sit it out and count my current blessings. I suggest when making doctor appointments, allow plenty of time. If you get done sooner than later, great,but if not, it's just part of your health care. You should not mind whatever time it takes to take care of yourself.
