Waste of your time seeing this doctor. Office is messy. I was asked to pay before seeing the doctor. Doctor did not wash her hands. She did not check any vitals even when I was complaining about abnormal abdominal pain. The doctor sparingly pulled the paper sheet from the exam chair only a few inches from the previous patient!! When I asked she change the whole thing she said the spot where I would put my head was new. I spent a total of 2 minutes there. She concluded it could be appendicitis or something else, said I should see other doctors that are specialists, did not give me any referral or any prescription. Worst experience at the doctor's.

Dr. Lee is a civil surgeon and is in-network provider with BlueCross BlueShield. Her office was okay until that the receptionist told me that they'll not file an insurance claim for vaccination. The receptionist did not tell me in the beginning but at the very last stage. Dr. Lee told me that I could visit another doctor's office and get the vaccine. But,if you'd know that she'd not accept the insurance even though she's in-network provider, you'd go to the other physician in the first place and do everything in one place.

The reception was rude to me from minute one, but for some reason would go out of her way to be kind to the person who came in after me. Unorganized in terms of staff will tell me results not back, then will have found out the results were faxed back over 2 weeks ago, the staff just didn't have it for some reason. if it is important test, when they have results, they should tell me so when i call weekly to check, not 2 weeks in a row say no until i physically go there they finally have found it. fax time shows it was faxed to them 3 weeks prior. Dr. acts like she could care less. You take a Hippocratic oath when you become an MD. Remind yourself of this.

Dr. Lee was not available when I urgently needed to see a doctor. Her staff is inexperienced & gave no help in my situation on how to help. They schedule appointments for 9 AM when doctor does not arrive until 9:30! Although Dr. Lee was very kind, when i needed to see my doctor the most, she was not around. Secretary was terrible!Very unprofessional office environment. I am in search for a new doctor!

I should have given heed to the office itself when I visited there for the first time. No sense of sanity. Then the doctor was out to lunch for hours so all the patients got backed up. Finally I got to see her and in less than 2 min she started writing prescriptions. I would never go there again nor would recommend to anyone.

This doctor billed me about my simple visit 2 years later without even the content of the bill. It turned out that she was billing me the remaining amount after the insurance coverage. But at least if she would bill me that 2 years later then she should include a document what the bill is about. About her medical practice: she's a typical prescription writer. Nothing special. Once I was there for an allergy and she gave me 4 prescriptions. HA! I've been to her 3 times and every time she was with drug salesmen.

We went to get our medical exams done. Doctor was seemed quick, friendly and honest. However on one of our follow-ups either the Doctor or her receptionist spoke very rudely and hung up the phone in mid conversation.
