Started going to him, because of the inconvenience of going to center city. He basically just asked me a few questions, one of them being " what I did all day", which i thought was strange, as he didnt elaborate. No physical exam given ,just took my word for it I assume. Staff seemed indifferent, cannot say were very friendly or welcoming. Not sure will continue with this physician.

I saw Dr. Ahmed for my Diabetes. He explained everything so well and clearly that I can not believe anybody ever did it. He is the BEST.

Dr. Ahmed saw me through diagnosis and treatment for thyroid cancer. I am so happy that my primary referred me to him. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered my many questions thoroughly and without patronizing. My messages to him (via the online MyChart) were answered promptly. His manner is reassuring, softspoken and very kind. What more could anyone want in a physician?

Called to express concern with the treatment option I was provided which conflicted with researched information; Dr. Ahmed informed me that I should not educate myself on my condition and then hung up on me.

Staff very pleasant in office but poor at follow-up for prescriptions. Still trying to get my test strips. They have not responded to Medtronic prescription requests, and they called in the wrong Crestor dosage to my pharmacy. Trying to straighten this out, I constantly get a recording that says "This line is not for prescription issues." It's a Catch 22. Frustrated!

I saw this doctor in May 2009 for a pituitary tumour. I was scared and anxious. He had no compassion. His bedside manners were horrible. I refused to "drop my pants" when he asked me to. I would not let him examine my genitals. I will never go back. His knowledge in pituitary seem very poor.
