Doesn't take patients pain seriously, unhelpful identifying issue. And doesn't release labwork. Same issues as others have noted.

Just came from this office that come to find out they didn't even give me answers and wondered why I was even there couldn't afford the appointment but they charge me anyway very upsetting

I was unhappy with Dr. Moldovan. She lacks people skills. She doesn't give you any answers or help to relieve the pain. I felt that I was more of a bother to her than anything else.

I talked to my regular doctor and apparently, this doctor is not sending my results to my doctor because she wants to change the process currently in place for the last few years. I don't care about that, I just want my results. My doctor said that they needed Ioana to send my results through and she refused. She should be fired. Finally I got my results and luckily everything was OK but it shouldn't be so hard to get quality health care because a doctor can't have things work the way she wants them to. Its about the patient not the selfish doctor!
