Unprofessional

Office staff very polite, but MD in such a hurry to see patients as fast as possible, does not like you to ask questions about your disease process. You are in & out of his office in about 3 min.

Does not listen & answer question, brushes you off. Writes prescription then walk out on you. You think he is coming back to talk to you, not the case. The is calling his next patient.

Very hard to get prescriptions refilled, spend minimal time with patient.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, however the doctor was not. I didn't even get a diagnosis for my problem

He is very polite. He discusses with you about your condition in a good time frame. Not like some docs who rush your appointment to get to next patient.

without a doubt, my office visit to Dr. Singh's was the single worst appointment of my 70 year life. He was rude, obnoxious, and only interested in passing me off to another specialist in as quick a time as possible. Thankfully, I had an advocate with me who witnessed his terrible behavior, as I doubt anyone would believe me if I told them how I was treated. My advocate stood up for me and ended the visit after Dr. Singh started to raise his voice because I asked, I suppose, what was too many questions about why I was feeling as I was. Bear in mind, the entire appointment lasted less than 4 minutes before we left when Dr. Singh began raising his voice - he continued to berate us for "not listening to him" as we left the office. ("Not listening to him" means asking questions - ANY questions). if a doctor is unwilling to answer why he is sending you back to a doctor in the exact same specialiaty less than a month after the last visit, and refuses to listen to what (major) side… effects the medication he prescribed in the hospital are causing, then that would be enough to not recommend him. however, to be yelled at for asking to be taken off that medication, or for asking why he was triple repeating the same tests I just had, and the continue to be yelled at as you leave the office until you get out of the suite - that's way over the top. at no time did myself or my advocate disrespect Dr. Singh. it may have been a bad day for him for some other reason, but that's no excuse to treat people, especially sick people paying him to help, the way he did. as it stands, he did absolutely nothing, and had me come in simply to hand me the card to another doctor so he could charge everyone possible for passing go. (That's beside the point - I am only judging basing on his one on one treatment of me, which, again, was the worst I've ever experienced).

Dr. Singh scared me when his first reactions to my symptoms were a brain tumor or epilepsy.... when I questioned him he said "that's all I can tell you darling". Not very professional in any way.

I always wait at least 20 minutes for an appointment. I stopped showing up on time because I got sick of waiting. A note to any females: find someone else. A misogynist to the core, please expect to have all questions directed at anyone male with you at the appointment. Also, you will find that you get poorer care unless your male partner accompanies you to the appointment. Upside: Great staff and doctor is very compassionate, but more so when you have a male in the room. Overall: any expertise is quickly outweighted by the frustration you feel being treated by this doctor.
