Dr. Ira David Fisch, MD

I found Dr. Fisch to be very professional and courteous. His explanation was simple and made me feel at ease. He provided a simple image to show my diagnosis. His bedside manner should be taught to all doctors in every hospital.

I found Dr. Fisch to be very warm. He immediately put me at ease. He was great at explaining to me what was going on with my back. I had been very anxious for a number of reasons. Without me having to state the reasons for my concern he immediately put my fears to rest because he had obviously taken the time to fully review my history and the X-rays I had provided. Seems like an an intuitive things to expect but it doesn’t always happen. The front & the back of the office is well managed. The staff is also very warm & engaging. A very good experience.

On time, thorough, and highly professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the probable cause of my mom’s primary pain, as well as the likely cause of the secondary pain. Treatment options were clearly discussed, including a thoughtful referral to a colleague who specializes in the area related to the primary source of pain. Would highly recommend—kind, with excellent bedside manner, and clearly considered the patient’s medical history and contra-indications when determining the most appropriate course of treatment.

Dr. Fisch offers an easily understood explanation of one's diagnosis and treatment options. He is a good listener, easy to talk to and is warmly empathetic. He readily observes and pinpoints the patient's physical postures that directly contribute to the very condition itself. He's upbeat and sharp witted which adds levity to calm the patient seeking relief from pain. I highly recommend Dr. Fisch and will return for his care.

Been seeing Dr. Fisch for over 20 years. Started with glowing recommendation from one of his successful surgery patients. My primary described him as one of those to whom he sends patients to get failed surgeries corrected. A lawyer neighbor confirmed Dr Fisch loves doing surgery, is conservative, and avoids the hired expert temptation. My back surgery has now been successful for 20 years. Recently returned for a nerve block to handle a brief new bout. Dr. Fisch puts patients at ease, using humor at the proper times. I trust him 100%.

I thought that the appointment was OK. I’m just very disappointed that you can’t do anything to help the pain in the side or in the back and just it’s very frustrating.not your fault
