The second my wife and I walked into his office today we both looked at each other in disgust. Its a very dirty and unprofessional setting. The nurses were wearing regular clothes and not scrubs. We were escorted to the exam room and told that my wife had to get undressed and put on a dingy hospital gown. Mind you we were there for a neurological evaluation and puzzled as to why she needed to be undressed for this when none of our own doctors made her get undressed. I then took notice of how disgusting, old and filthy the room was. Then he came in sat down without even introducing himself and we questioned him as to why she needed to be undressed. His answer was very creepy and unprofessional too much detail to get into. He then began to treat my wife as is this was an interrogation and questioned my wife about her medical history, personal matters and spoke to her in a very rude and Condescending matter. almost accusing her of lying about her issues and injuries from her incident at… work. Once i saw my wife about to cry i ended the exam and had to demand three times for him to leave the room so she could get dressed.. It was borderline creepy how he was insisting on staying in the room. he should not be allowed to practice medicine and i would advise you to not go to this so called doctor. no stars should ever be given to him. unfortunately you cannot submit a review without atleast clicking a star.

Beware of this so call doctor I went for an IME His report was not based on facts He is a snake in the grass he only cares about is getting his check from the insurance company Even tried to get me to become one of his patients His office is dirty and his techniques are antiquated

I wish I had taken heed to the other reviews on this site. My visit was a complete waste of time trying to getting away from the large conglomerate of Crystal Run. But if I go to a Dr. & complain of numbness in my hands waking me up at night, while driving, & weakness & spasms of phalanges, you better send me for a nerve conduction study or you’re fired. And you get a review like this. I went to medical school for six years, believe me - avoid this doctor like the plague. Outdated medical equip.

I personally love how this doctor is, yes he is very quirky but he is one of best neurologists around. I have had my fair share of neurologist around this county for my migraines, ADD, and neck issues and by far, Ira is my favorite and I am always referring people his way.

Other Doctors MRI reports call wrong. without him reading them.

This Dr was extremely rude and uncaring. I have a serious nerve injury from being rearended by a a tractor trailer and had a surgery called ulnar nerve transposition. I also have a condition called regional pain syndrome which is from the nerve injury and is extremely painful. This condition causes my arm to swell and feel extremely sensitive to touch. This Dr tried to hit my arm with a reflex hammer! After telling him NO he persisted stating it was part of the neurological exam. I still refused , he then told me "you have a prblem, I have other patients that allow me to do this" I have never in my life been subjected to a so called Dr. This man is unbelievable and a disgrace to the medical field!!! If there were an option for 0 stars that would be the proper choice !

uncaring, unprofessional, performed the same reflex test 3 times while talked our ears off. Office and answer staff unyielding even in dire circumstances.

I have used Dr. Neustadt for years for my son with ADHD he has always been attentive and caring. He has a nice personality and is easy to work with. They have early morning hours so you can get kids to school after appointment.
