Dr. Ira Targoff, MD

Dr. Ira Targoff is a rheumatologist with over five decades of experience treating complex muscle and connective tissue disorders. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and completed his residency training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and the University at Buffalo State University of New York in 1976. Dr. Targoff pursued specialized fellowship training in rheumatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, developing deep expertise in inflammatory muscle diseases. He maintains board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and communicates with patients in English.
